Chapel Club - 'O Maybe I' new single

Brooding Smiths types release new single

Not sure about the wisdom of the band’s parent Polydor label disabling the embed feature on their Youtube video for the song, embedded as the band clearly are in mid-1980s post-punk menacholia, but I’m sure they’ll manage to spread in a now typical virulent manner around cyberspace regardless such is the droning, moody prettiness of the band’s second single, ‘O Maybe I’ which gets its release through East City Recordings on 22nd February 2010.

In absense of a preview we can only tell you that they come somewhere between The Dears, The Smiths and Ian Curtis on a bed of roses.
